To initiate a product return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Return Period: At Aarna Jewels, we proudly offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked. However, please note that the 30-day return does not apply to personalized jewelry, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and God idols, other than in cases of defective or spurious products. Aarna Jewels reserves the right to process refunds after inspecting the returned items. If you have purchased an Aarna Jewels product from anywhere other than the Aarna Jewels Website, Aarna Jewels App, or Aarna Jewels Exclusive Stores, the return policies of your source of purchase shall apply. Please be aware that any shipping charges (if paid) at the time of placing the order are non-refundable in case of returns.
- Refund Policy: If you have initiated a return for any of your products, we will process the refund once the product is received at our warehouse.
- Replacement & Exchange: You also have the option to request a replacement or exchange for your order. The conditions for replacements and exchanges are the same as those for returns. Replacement orders will be shipped only after the initial return has been picked up or delivered (in the case of Gold items).

Criteria for Return:
- The items should be unused.
- The original packaging must include the invoice, packaging, and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- The product’s surface should be free from scratches or deformities.
- We may decline returns if items are damaged or soiled.
- Jewelry must be in its original condition to be eligible for return.
Refunds Will Be Issued In the Following Cases:
- Genuine quality issues.
- Packages lost during transit.
- Shipment of an incorrect item.
