- Ensure the product meets our return criteria (listed below).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including the invoice, tags, and all accessories.
- Ship the product back to our warehouse or schedule a pickup (if applicable).
Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked. However, please note the following exceptions:
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized jewelry, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and God idols are not eligible for return unless they are defective or spurious.
- Third-Party Purchases: If you purchased an Aarna Jewels product from a source other than the Aarna Jewels Website, App, or Exclusive Stores, the return policies of that source will apply.
- Shipping Charges: Any shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable in case of returns.
Refund Policy
Once you initiate a return, we will process your refund after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Replacement & Exchange
If you prefer a replacement or exchange, you can request one under the same conditions as returns. Please note:
- Replacement orders will be shipped only after the initial return has been picked up or delivered (in the case of Gold items).
- Ensure the product meets all return criteria to be eligible for an exchange.
Criteria for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The item should be unused and unworn.
- The original packaging, including the invoice, tags, and accessories, must be intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- The product’s surface should be free from scratches, deformities, or damage.
- Jewelry must be in its original condition.
- We reserve the right to decline returns if items are damaged, soiled, or do not meet the above criteria.
When Will Refunds Be Issued?
